Canberra pharmacies to offer UTI prescribing access

Five ACT pharmacies are set to join the NSW-led urinary tract infection prescribing trial The ACT government has secured an agreement with the NSW government which will allow Canberran pharmacies to participate in the trial, which aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of pharmacists prescribing antibiotics to treat uncomplicated UTIs in women aged 18-65.
