The pharmacy group has taken back the lead in customer satisfaction, while former leader Terry White Chemist drops to fourth place
My Chemist has been named Pharmacy of the Month for November 2017 in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction rankings, with a customer satisfaction score of 91%.
Retail – Chemist/Pharmacy
My Chemist began its winning streak in July 2016, before Terry White Chemist took over the lead in June 2017.
The My Chemist group seemed to have fallen into the background for several months before making a comeback in November 2017.
Chemist Warehouse has fallen off the top five list for November, as has Chemmart.
Monthly poll winners:
November – My Chemist
October – TWC
Sept – TWC
Aug – Chemmart
July – TWC
June – TWC
May – My Chemist
April – My Chemist
March – My Chemist
February – My Chemist
January – My Chemist
With this new development, it seems likely that My Chemist will clinch the Roy Morgan Pharmacy of the Year title for 2017.
It will be the group’s first annual Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award.
Soul Pattinson was the Pharmacy of the Year for 2015 and 2016.
And in 2014 Guardian Pharmacy scored the title.
Each monthly ranking for the Roy Morgan poll is based on a sample of about 9000 Australians – with the data used as the input into determining the winners of the annual Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.
For each product or service Roy Morgan Research asks customers to rate that product or service, then combines those that were ‘fairly satisfied’ and ‘very satisfied’ and calculates this as a percentage of total customers.
