Priceline Pharmacy has announced a new milestone, with the opening of its 450th store in Marrickville Metro, NSW

The total network figure includes both Priceline and Priceline Pharmacies.

The Marrickville store is owned by franchise partners , Chris Buckley and Nicole Savoy.

Stores opening across the country are embracing the new and modern direction of the brand with a wide range of features to benefit customers, the brand says, including wider aisles for easy access, brighter lighting which extends into illuminated category signs and more featured products on display with testers.

“Opening the 450th store in our network is a testament to the great brand we’ve developed and we also have a strong belief in the future of the health and beauty market,” says Richard Vincent, CEO—Priceline Pharmacy (API).

“We are continually developing our consumer offer and evolving our brand to provide the best retail experience for consumers which provides a sustainable brand to both existing and new franchise partners.”

The brand invests in its pharmacists to ensure they are at the centre of community health, with more training and resources which has delivered above market growth for prescriptions and over-the-counter (OTC) health products. This is complemented by its extensive beauty offering with first to market products, exclusive brands and highly trained Beauty Advisors in-store providing personalised service and expert advice.

The company said it expects the store network to be at 462 by the end of August 2017.
