Churn chi Koay (pictured center) has won the Australian Medicines Handbook’s pre-publication prize, comprising of flights, accommodation, conference registration and meal vouchers for up to 2 people to attend an Australian conference in their field, to the maximum value of $6,000.
The AMH ran the promotion to support the professionals and practitioners who trust and rely on the AMH: pharmacists, doctors, and nurses.
Entrants were required to pre-purchase any current AMH resource to go into the draw.
In addition to the winning the national prize, Churn chi Koay from the Mt Compass Pharmacy in SA, also known as “CC” by her colleagues, also wins the main regional prize for South Australia, consisting of $2,500 worth of office supplies or equipment from a supplier to be approved by AMH.
The other regional main prize winners are: Amcal Woolgoolga (NSW), Amcal Max – Doncaster East (VIC), Stacey Maree Wild (QLD), Stirling Village Pharmacy (WA), Jacqueline C. Marshall (TAS) and Julie Anne Taylor, (ACT/NT).
Each of these regional main prize winners also win $2500 worth of office supplies or equipment from a supplier to be approved by AMH.
In each region there are also six secondary prizes and three supplementary prizes. The secondary prize winners each receive on-line copies of the AMH handbook, valued at $200, and the supplementary prize winners receive on-line copies of the Children’s Dosing Companion, each valued at $89.
