A Chemist Warehouse has been added to Victoria’s list of high-risk locations for COVID-19
On Monday Victoria’s Department of Health and Human Services published a new list of locations now considered to be high-risk for individuals who attended them at certain times.
The Chemist Warehouse at 433 Sydney Road in Brunswick is now considered to have been high-risk on Friday, 11 September.
Any person who attended the pharmacy on that date is being asked to watch for symptoms of COVID-19, and if they occur, to immediately be tested and stay at home while they wait for their results.
The list now also includes the Burwood One Shopping Centre at Burwood East, on September 13 and 14. This shopping centre includes a medial centre as well as a Quality Pharmacy.
The Craigieburn Shopping Centre, which contains a Priceline and a Chemist Discount Centre, is also on the list, again for September 11.
The Pacific Shopping Centre Werribee at Hoppers Crossing, which also includes several pharmacies, is on the list for September 17, as is Narre Warren’s Westfield Fountain Gate.
The risk locations will remain on this list for 14 days from the most recent exposure, but are not currently considered a risk to the public.
