CWH founders expand property empire

Chemist Warehouse bosses splash $5 million on Rockhampton shopping arcade  Chemist Warehouse co-founders, Sam and Jack Gance, and Mario Verrocchi, are continuing to build their property portfolio, purchasing the Kern Arcade in Rockhampton, Queensland.  The latest acquisition includes a 16-store shopping centre, with a three-storey car park in the heart of the city, less than 500
