CWH on the COVID watch list

A Chemist Warehouse has been added to Victoria’s list of venues exposed to COVID-19

On Thursday, the state’s Department of Health and Human Services added four new locations to its list of high-risk locations.

The Chemist Warehouse Burwood in Camberwell has been added to the list, with people who attended it on September 20 around 4pm asked to keep an eye out for any symptoms of COVID-19.

Also added were the Hedgley Dene Gardens on Tollington Avenue, Malvern East on September 27 from 10.30 to 11.30am; the Aldi at Chadstone Shopping Centre on September 19 from 8am to 9am; and the Woolworths at the same centre, same date and time.

The Department notes that in the case of the Chemist Warehouse, the exposure was from a “customer visit to shop”.

Risk locations remain on the watch list for 14 days from the most recent exposure.
