Today is April 30, the deadline for pharmacists to renew their professional liabilities insurance cover
PDL is urging its members and other pharmacists to ensure that they have organised their insurance by the end of the day, so as not to risk working without cover.
PDL says that its 24/7 Australia-wide incident support – which allows pharmacists who have concerns to access a Professional Officer by telephone any time – is a one-of-a-kind service for pharmacists, and available exclusively to members of PDL.
As well as this confidential service, it also provides practice alerts which help its members avoid incidents.
