The former three-time winner of the annual customer satisfaction awards has made its way to the top of the monthly rankings
Guardian has been named Chemist/Pharmacy of the Month for February 2019, as part of the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.
The awards are based on data from a monthly poll of over 9000 Australians, covering various industries including retail, automotive, banking, superannuation, telecommunications and more.
Guardian is a former annual winner of the pharmacy category, having taken out the award in three consecutive years: 2012, 2013 and 2014.
General Manager of Retail, Brian Tomlin, said the Guardian Pharmacy team were excited to have claimed Pharmacy of the Month in the 2019 Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.

“Guardian’s philosophy is to provide outstanding health advice to ensure we remain a cornerstone of the local community, and so we’re proud that our pharmacists are being recognised for their achievements,” Mr Tomlin said.
