A new digital health project is set to target the dosage and failures of prescription drugs used by patients after hospital discharge The $2.9m AutoMedic project is being led by Flinders University, and aims to create a more streamlined, accurate electronic record of prescription medicines used by patients discharged from six South Australian public hospitals.
