National Medicines Policy update to reduce harms

Health stakeholders have welcomed the updated National Medicines Policy, saying the changes should improve medicines safety On Tuesday (20 December 2022) Health Minister Mark Butler announced an “updated and strengthened” National Medicines Policy, noting the need for medicines to be prescribed and used appropriately. “All Australians should have equitable, timely, safe and affordable access to
