Chemist Warehouse has partnered with MedAdvisor for the promotion, recording and delivery of all its health programs

Chemist Warehouse has selected MedAdvisor’s PlusOne pharmacy software as its new platform to deliver health programs.

MedAdvisor has been providing SMS services for Chemist Warehouse for more than eight years.

A new three-year agreement means MedAdvisor services will be extended to include access to the 6CPA Professional Services through its PlusOne platform, and other funded health programs for Chemist Warehouse pharmacies.

“MedAdvisor is a truly agnostic player with a focus on developing the best software to help pharmacies link with patients and provide better health services,” said Robert Read, CEO of MedAdvisor.

“We are pleased to cement our relationship with Chemist Warehouse with this new three-year agreement that will drive improved health outcomes through the range of health programs available via MedAdvisor,” he said.

“With the additional scale of Chemist Warehouse, we expect this to increase the range of programs MedAdvisor can source for community pharmacy in Australia.”

The health programs are principally funded by government as well as pharmaceutical manufacturers sourced by MedAdvisor, with a focus on promoting health literacy and improved medication adherence.
