Pharmaceutical wholesaler ParagonCare says its current COO and executive director will soon lead the business, a year after the company’s merger with CH2 The wholesaler announced Carmen Riley would take on the role of CEO from July 1, replacing CEO and managing director David Collins. Collins will remain in the managing director role until June
