Pharmacy Alliance is now an official commercial partnership of the Essendon Football Club for the 2016 AFL season, it has announced.
Pharmacy Alliance says this is an exciting opportunity for the membership group to be aligned with one of Australian sport’s most recognised brands, with the Club having a link to pharmacy, as Essendon’s head coach John “Woosha” Worsfold is a pharmacist.
Essendon Football Club has more than a million supporters nationally and close to 60,000 members.
Pharmacy Alliance plans to use the partnership as an avenue to promote the new Alliance Pharmacy co-brand, with the Alliance Pharmacy logo featuring prominently on match days throughout the coach’s box at all Essendon games.
The Alliance Pharmacy logo will also appear on the Essendon Football Club’s website and social media network.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for us to give our co-branded Alliance Pharmacy members greater exposure through the Essendon Football Club,” says Darren Dye, CEO of Pharmacy Alliance.
“Essendon is one of the most well-known sporting clubs in the country, representing heritage, tradition and success.
“We are excited to have our Alliance Pharmacy co-brand aligned with the Club.”
