Some of the profession’s leading innovators recently came together to set the agenda for change for the profession
The inaugural Pharmacy Owners Congress hosted almost 60 of the leading pharmacy owners in the country through a journey of true empowerment, it’s organisers’ say.
Dubbed as a “game changer” for the industry by many who attended, the event hosted by Karen Brown, Zamil Solanki and Felicity Crimston of the Innovative Pharmacy Group, set the tone for what is to come from the group for the rest of the year.
Held last month in the picturesque rainforest backdrop of Byron Bay, at the Byron Resort and Spa, delegates were immersed in a range of unique content.
Toby Jenkins, an Australian Olympian and best-selling author opened the Congress to set the inspirational and innovative tone for the four days.
Award-winning panelists brought both in- and out-side industry experiences.
But what set it apart for delegates were the two days of empowering business workshops from Sarah Skeats and Tim Dwyer of Business of Brand, and Rearn Norman of Centre for Leadership Advantage.
Following the success of their inaugural event, the Innovative Pharmacy Group says they will be announcing details of their 2020 Pharmacy Owners Congress in the coming weeks. Stay tuned.
