Leading pharmacy business experts offering five scholarships for aspiring owners

In order to give back to the pharmacy community and industry, with which they have worked for four decades, pharmacy business consultants Frank and Mina Sirianni are once again offering The Sirianni Scholarship for Future Pharmacist Leaders.

This is their second-year of offering the scholarship, following the great success of its 2019 iteration.

The purpose of the Scholarship is to provide learning opportunities for junior pharmacists who are looking to become pharmacy owners in the future and a coaching call to personalise their experience.

Frank and Mina Sirianni have been working and consulting to Australian pharmacy owners and pharmacists for 40 years. Christian and Natalie Sirianni have also both joined the family business and been working in pharmacy for over 10 years each.

A total of 5 scholarships will be awarded in 2020. The winners of the scholarship will receive the following:

  • Free attendance at the 2020 Pharmacy Ownership Ready Conference including 1-night accommodation and up to $300 towards flights. The conference is being held in Melbourne on Monday 4 to Tuesday 5 May 2020.
  • One 30-minute Coaching Call with Frank Sirianni after the Conference
  • Free attendance at one of the 2020 Medici Capital and Attain Pharmacy Industry Dinners, held in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth (travel and accommodation not included)

The total value of the scholarship is approximately $1,500 each plus GST.

In order to apply for the scholarship, applicants must submit a response to the following statement (maximum of 500 words): “The opportunities I see for the future of pharmacy…”

Applications close Tuesday 24 March 2020 at 12:00pm and will be judged by a panel of Frank Sirianni, Mina Sirianni and a current pharmacy owner.

Applications should be emailed to events@iattain.com.au with the subject line “The Sirianni Scholarship Application”.

All applications should include the name, phone, email and current address for the applicant. They should also include a short bio of no more than 100 words (not included in 500 word limit above).
