AJP and the Pharmacists’ Support Service bring you a webinar on leading teams through the COVID-19 crisis

FREE webinar  – COVID-19: Leading teams through unprecedented uncertainty, by Helen Lowy, pharmacist and counsellor.

This one-hour webinar is the second in a short series aimed at helping pharmacists and pharmacy staff to navigate the COVID-19 crisis, regardless of whether they are in an ‘official’ leadership role. 

Helen will share insights into the neuroscience behind our response to unprecedented uncertainty.

The focus will be on leading through crisis to promote safe, effective, agile, innovative teams. 

The webinar will include frameworks for ethical decision making, complaints handling and creating team safety, together with some tips on self-care.

Kay Dunkley from the Pharmacists’ Support Service will also be on hand during the webinar to respond to questions posted from participants.

Helen is a registered pharmacist and counsellor, and has experience in leading women’s and children’s pharmacy services in a 2500-bed Teaching Hospital Trust in the UK. Helen has represented Victoria at national expert advisory committees on Quality Use of Medicines and Mental Health.

Helen will draw upon this professional experience and integrate contemporary research on neuroscience to inform this webinar.
