TWC partners with Medlab

TerryWhite Chemmart has signed an agreement with Medlab to provide its range of vitamins and supplements

TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies will be stocking Medlab’s clinical-standard range, which includes products such as ORS (a patented oral rehydration system) and VSL3 Probiotic (a powder supplement for people suffering from IBS) across the country from April.

TerryWhite Chemmart Chief Executive Officer Anthony White said pharmacies across the network
have developed credibility in the professional vitamin category, and the addition of Medlab further
strengthens this position.

“We are pleased to provide our customers with access to a comprehensive, clinically proven,
professional range of vitamins that is scientifically backed by research and patents,” he said.

Mr White said he welcomed the Medlab range to the vitamins and supplement market in Australia
as it provided more choice for customers seeking a clinical-grade product and the addition of
Medlab nutraceuticals will provide an exciting and refreshing new alternative for customers and help
to stimulate domestic market growth of the vitamin category.

TerryWhite Chemmart Professional Practice Pharmacist, Chris Campbell said “Medlab uses
nanotechnology, via its innovative Nanocelle delivery platform, to deliver medicines in
nanoparticles that can be more readily absorbed when administered directly into the nose or mouth.

“This not only enhances the delivery of nutraceutical medicine, but its efficacy as well,” said Mr

The introduction of Medlab across the TerryWhite Chemmart network will be supported through
Masterclass training for pharmacists and assistants, along with a strong promotional program.

Both Medlab and TerryWhite Chemmart are exhibiting at this year’s APP conference on the Gold
Coast in March.
