Pharmacy fined over Ozempic advertising


Western Sydney pharmacy hit with a fine of more than $18,000 in relation to alleged unlawful advertising of Ozempic  The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has issued an infringement notice of $18,780 to a Merrylands pharmacy in relation to an in-store ad.   The regulator alleged that Myers Pharmacy Pty Ltd promoted prescription-only diabetes and weight-loss medication,
