Priceline names its top players

Priceline Pharmacy Potts Point has won Priceline Pharmacy’s highest accolade after being announced as Store of the Year for 2016

The award recognises the Priceline Pharmacy which has been the best performer in the following areas:

  • Highest percentage sales growth to last year.
  • Heart and Soul performance across the year.
  • Sister Club performance across the year.
  • Brand citizenship – involvement and advocacy of the brand.

Franchise Partner Edward Tanzil relocated his small pharmacy in 2014 and converted to a Priceline Pharmacy as part of the move. 

Mr Tanzil has been actively involved in the brand’s activities as soon as he joined and has encouraged his team to also take advantage of all the opportunities presented in being part of Priceline Pharmacy. The store’s retail manager Trang Dinh was also the NSW winner of Retail Manager of the Year.

The national Retail Manager of the Year was awarded to Nicole Watt from Priceline Pharmacy Bridgewater (Tas). Ms Watt displayed outstanding team leadership, sales performance, increases in Heart and Soul results and Sister Club performance.

Michael Alexander from Priceline Pharmacy Gisborne (Vic) was awarded Pharmacist of the Year for his use of the Priceline Pharmacy dispensary programs, his activities in his local market to promote the role of the pharmacist and participation in professional training activities.

Also awarded on the night in Priceline Pharmacy’s ‘Hall of Fame’ category was John Loveridge from NSW. He was greeted by a standing ovation from the 500 attendees at the Priceline Pharmacy Awards Dinner.

Mr Loveridge first joined the brand in 2005 and has since steadily increased the number of stores within the brand, now having Priceline Pharmacies in New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.

He and his team are actively involved in initiatives to build the brand and are always aligned with the brand’s overall direction and standards.

The other finalists for Store of the Year were Priceline Pharmacy Westridge, Qld; Priceline Pharmacy Gisborne, Vic; Priceline Pharmacy Mt Gambier Marketplace, SA; Priceline Pharmacy Subiaco, WA.
