Priceline Pharmacy Horsham has been recognised out of 480 stores around the country

Priceline Pharmacy Horsham has received the brand’s highest honour, being awarded Store of the Year for 2019.

The store, which is owned and operated by franchise partners Stuart Hall and Cobie McQueen, is the most successful Priceline Pharmacy in the brand’s history, having previously won Store of the Year nationally (2015) and also the Victorian/Tasmanian Store of the Year in 2016.

Cobie McQueen has also previously been recognised by Priceline as its Pharmacist of the Year for 2016.

“We feel very excited, very humbled – it’s a huge honour to win the award. We have a strong brand and to be considered this highly is very flattering,” she tells AJP of the win.

“We want to keep providing the best health and beauty service that we can to Horsham and the wider Wimmera community, the whole region.”

The pharmacy has 25 staff in total, comprising six pharmacists, and a mixture of pharmacy technicians, pharmacy assistants and delivery drivers.

Ms McQueen says “we’ll be taking everyone out and enjoying the win with them, they deserve it!”

Priceline Pharmacy’s General Manager of Retail Operations, Cathy Seaholme said, “Every year we are pleased to recognise and celebrate the store that has gone above and beyond in every area, including customer service and overall store experience.

“Horsham is our top store because they have a dedicated and passionate team who truly care about their customers.”

Priceline Pharmacy Horsham has been a Priceline Pharmacy since March 2013 and prides itself on being an integral part of the greater Horsham community.

Delivering more than just health and beauty solutions, the store has strong ties to the local community and works hard to provide exceptional service.

They are major sponsors of the Horsham District Football League, the Wimmera Netball Association and the Horsham Football and Netball Clubs.

The store also supports the Priceline Sisterhood Foundation to raise awareness and funds for women and their families. It donates $1 from every Models Prefer product sold to the Sisterhood Foundation.

Horsham was recognised at Priceline Pharmacy’s National Conference held in Brisbane. Other award winners included:

  • Woonoona Rising Star Store of the Year
  • John Youssef (Menai) Pharmacist of the Year
