Prime Medic fined for Ozempic ads


Telehealth provider cops $19,800 infringement notice over “alleged unlawful advertising” of weight loss drugs  Online healthcare provider, Prime Medic Group, has been fined for reportedly promoting prescription-only medications, Ozempic (semaglutide) and Mounjaro (tizepatide), in breach of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989.  The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) reported that the company was issued with one infringement notice of $19,800 in relation to the alleged breach, while an unnamed individual
