Rego cancelled after dispensing ‘Dr Vet’ script

A pharmacist dispensed alprazolam to a dog on an expired script, among a series of other incidents including the irregular issuing of Suboxone dispensings as “repeats”  The Civil and Administrative Tribunal NSW has found a pharmacist guilty of unsatisfactory professional conduct and professional misconduct.
