Most pharmacist UTI services accessed during GP hours

Extended opening hours offered by many pharmacies may not be the sole reason women experiencing the symptoms of urinary tract infections (UTIs) are happy to be treated by pharmacists  Data from the UTI Pharmacy Pilot – Queensland (UTIPP-Q) Service Evaluation Report, shows most patients who accessed the service did so during normal business hours.
