Amid a continued staff shortage at Royal Hobart Hospital’s pharmacy department, programs like Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting are being slashed – putting patients at risk The Health and Community Services Union says that the chronic shortage of pharmacists at the RHH means that Tasmania’s pharmacy services are operating with a “staggering” 40% of roles left
