Staff told to hide lack of pharmacist, Tribunal hears


Following a conviction for larceny, a pharmacist was found to have operated pharmacies without a pharmacist on several occasions A pharmacist asked his staff to send him a picture of medicines, dispense labels and scripts for him to approve, while there was no pharmacist on duty at his stores, the Civil and Administrative Tribunal NSW
