A pharmacist has successfully appealed his sentence for offences relating to a nearly $290,000 PBS fraud The Court of Criminal Appeal NSW has heard the case of Felix Yue-Sing Chan, who in November 2022 had been handed a two-year custodial sentence in the Queanbeyan District Court. Chan had pleaded guilty to defrauding taxpayers of $288,595
