Supplement brand fined over ad breach


Queensland-based company cops infringement notices totalling more than $79,000 over alleged unlawful advertising  The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has issued four infringement notices to Switch Nutrition in relation to the alleged promotion of therapeutic goods.   The regulator reported that the company had advertised products containing nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) for the treatment of serious medical conditions.   Announcing the infringement notices,
