TGA continues clampdown on nicotine vape advertising


Regulator issues fines totalling more than $150,000 to a company and its director over alleged unlawful advertising of nicotine vapes  The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has fined Kilpatrick & Douglas Pty Ltd and its two directors $157,752 in relation to alleged breaches of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989.   The regulator issued six infringement notices
