Federal Court of Australia backs TGA in unlawful vaping advertising case  The Federal Court of Australia has ordered Vapor Kings Pty Ltd and its director, Amir Kandakji, to pay fines totalling $5 million, over the unlawful advertising of nicotine vaping products.   As part of the ruling, Vapor Kings was fined $4.9 million for breaching
