Toni Riley appointed Victorian Pharmacy Authority president

The Victorian Pharmacy Authority has announced the appointment of Victorian pharmacist Toni Riley as its chairperson.

Riley has been a pharmacist member of the Authority since October 2012 and is looking forward to her new role.

She was appointed by the Governor in Council from 1 October 2015 until 30 June 2018.

Riley was also recently appointed as Project Manager of the National Return and Disposal of Unwanted Medicines Limited (the RUM project).

The Authority has also announced the appointment of Victorian pharmacist Robert Jamieson as a pharmacist member.

Jamieson was appointed by the Governor in Council from 1 October 2015 until 30 June 2018.

Jamieson is a Victorian Police pharmacist who was awarded the PSA’s 2013 Victorian Pharmacist Medal.
