A pharmacy in the US has been featured on social media after dispensing a bottle of monster repellent to a young girl, the Pharmacy Times reports.
Customer April Villada went to the Kroger pharmacy in Georgia to pick up her daughter’s medication, when the cashier overheard her daughter talking about the monster in her room.
She wrote to Kroger’s Facebook page to thank the pharmacist, Anna, for providing the girl with a spray bottle of “monster repellent” – with instructions to “spray once a day to avoid monster”.
“My daughter feels very safe going to bed in her big-girl room now that she has her very own monster repellent,” Villada wrote.
Meanwhile, Kroger featured the repellent on its own Facebook page – pointing out that “it’s October and that means the monsters are out! Fear not, Kroger is here to help.”
