Guardian has been rated the winner of the prestigious Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customers Award —Pharmacy for 2017
Guardian was closely followed by Amcal in second place.

Guardian was the only pharmacy to be awarded a five-star rating in the Overall satisfaction category.
Guardian achieved the highest possible five-star rating in five out of the eight categories, including Overall Satisfaction, Service and Advice Provided, Availability and Dispensing of Prescriptions, Pharmacist Availability, and Health Management Programs.
“The consistently high ratings across these categories is aligned with our strategy of delivering patient focused programs and support services to help the community better manage their health. It also validates that the brand promise – Let’s Talk About You – is being delivered by our members” says Mr Hooper.
As well as Guardian winning the award, Amcal came in second place, achieving an impressive four-stars in six of the eight categories.
