Police seek Cooloongup pharmacy robber


Rockingham, WA detectives are seeking assistance from the public regarding two robberies that occurred in Cooloongup on Tuesday 17 May 2016.

About 10:50am a woman, who was pushing a baby in a pram and had a young child with her, entered a pharmacy on Elanora Drive, Cooloongup.

The woman selected a number of items and walked out of the pharmacy. When confronted by a staff member the woman punched him and spat in his face.

About 12:45pm the same day a woman matching the same description, with a baby in a pram and a young child with her, entered a deli on Elanora Drive, Cooloongup. The woman selected a number of items and left the store without paying.

When a staff member confronted her the woman threw a drink bottle at her. The bottle hit the staff member’s mouth and caused her lip to bleed.

The woman is described as being olive skinned, about 25 to 30 years old, approximately 170cms tall with a slim build and dark curly hair tied back.
