Doctors want ‘strong consultation’ on scope changes


On the ground, there may be high levels of trust between GPs and pharmacists, but when it comes to scope changes, there needs to be greater consultation, the AMA says  Changes to healthcare policy, including expanding pharmacists’ scope of practice, should not be pushed through as a “knee-jerk reaction” to challenges, Australian Medical Association (AMA)
