‘Use AI, but don’t rely on it for everything’


A leading pharmacist says it's “inevitable” that AI will soon change the face of pharmacy practice, but argues that the “human touch has to remain” Associate Professor Betty Chaar is “surprised it's taken this long” for AI to be integrated into pharmacy practice but believes the technology could be better utilised to improve health outcomes.
