Who will win Pharmacy of the Year for 2017?

question mark

Terry White Chemist continues its winning streak in Roy Morgan’s customer satisfaction polls, giving My Chemist a run for its money

Terry White Chemist currently sits at a 91% customer satisfaction rating with Roy Morgan Research.

The banner group has now topped the polls four times this year, with Chemmart breaking up the streak by winning the August poll.

Terry White Chemist and Chemmart are still divided into two separate brand entities for the Roy Morgan poll, so the August win for Chemmart does not contribute to the Terry White Chemist streak.

It’s a close battle, with My Chemist close behind Terry White placed second.

My Chemist hasn’t yet scored an annual Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award, and may miss out this year if Terry White continues to dominate the polls.

Soul Pattinson was the Pharmacy of the Year for 2015 and 2016.

And in 2014 it was Guardian Pharmacy.

Each monthly ranking for the Roy Morgan poll is based on a sample of about 9000 Australians – with the data used as the input into determining the winners of the annual Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.

For each product or service Roy Morgan Research asks customers to rate that product or service, then combines those that were ‘fairly satisfied’ and ‘very satisfied’ and calculates this as a percentage of total customers.
