Priceline Pharmacy, Discount Drug Stores have toppled My Chemist from top of customer satisfaction polls in past months… but it’s still close behind While My Chemist took out the top prize in the “Chemist/Pharmacy of the Year” category in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards for 2017, competitors are scrambling to improve their own ratings.
